♡ Processing Time ~ Custom Order items typically take 3-5 weeks to complete before shipping. Larger or more detailed items may take longer. You will receive a tracking number when your order is on its way.

♡ Custom Requests ~ We gladly accept customizations such as color changes, size adjustments, or design tweaks. Please include all special requests in the order notes or contact us before placing your order.

♡ Cancellations/Refunds ~ Since Custom Order pieces are handcrafted just for you, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once work has begun. Please review your order carefully & contact us within 24 hrs if you need to make any changes.
