    We ship worldwide (: Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from purchase for dispatch for ready made items & 3-5 weeks for custom orders. You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is shipped.

Knotty Girl Threadz is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the case this happens, customers can file claims through your local post's website. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
